I haven’t received my tickets – what shall I do?
If you haven’t received your tickets via email within two hours of completing your transaction, please check the following:
Inbox, junk and spam folders for an email from our official ticket provider Skiddle
That your business email IT system is blocking the email
Your email inbox is full
You accidentally deleted it or it’s buried under lots of emails
If you have checked the above and still cannot locate your tickets, please email us at and we will resend your tickets to you, usually within 48 hours.
If you cannot find your tickets on the day, we would advise coming to the event as soon as it opens and we will check our ticketing system manually for you at the entrance, however the whole party that you purchased tickets for will have to be present.
How do I buy tickets?
Tickets will be available from prior to the event and will only be available to purchase on the day if the event hasn’t sold out. Please note, the door price will be more expensive than our online final release ticket.
What is an early-bird ticket?
Early-bird tickets are discounted tickets that are available from the event’s initial launch. These do get more expensive as time goes on, so we advise purchasing your tickets as early as possible. Please note, these are only available whilst stocks last.
I can’t attend the event anymore – what shall I do?
Unfortunately, due to policy, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled prior to opening. You are, however, welcome to sell/give your tickets to a friend or family member.
The name on the ticket is virtually irrelevant, as long as the ticket’s bar code scans successfully. Please, however, be aware of ticket scammers and we do not recommend purchasing tickets from anyone other than our official website. We do not take any responsibility for tickets that do not scan successfully upon entry.
Can a child use an adult ticket?
Unfortunately not – this event is strictly 18+
